My order did show up in the end, so there’s that. It just took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were slow, which was super helpful in the way that not knowing what’s going on usually is. Not the worst shipping experience ever, but definitely room for improvement...

I had to wait a few days just to get a reply, which was frustrating. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the customer service here felt really slow, and when they finally responded, it didn’t really help much.

Not gonna lie, the website was easy to use overall, but a few pages loaded slower than I expected and I had to poke around a bit to find what I was looking for. Once I got to the ordering part, though, it was simple enough and checkout went through without any real problems.

I used Virtue Labs for a few weeks and expected a lot more based on how it was presented. It was simple enough to work into my routine, but I barely noticed any real difference. I can’t really pretend I had some whole scent experience if I didn’t, you know? I’d rather just hear what it actually smelled like on someone’s skin or how it wore throughout the day, because that’s the kind of stuff that’s actually helpful. Like, was it too sweet, did it fade fast, did people notice it, that kind of thing...

I used this for a few weeks hoping it would help repair my hair, but it still feels dry and keeps breaking. I’m disappointed. Has anyone else had the same issue with it?

I wanted to like this, but the texture just felt a little off :/ It was kind of rough and weird on my skin, and I was expecting it to feel a lot smoother. It’s still usable, so I’ll finish it, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again

The ingredients seem decent overall, but I was a little disappointed to see some fillers in there that I’m not a fan of. It’s not terrible, but I expected something a bit cleaner
